Organize your Twitter engagement with saved handles, tags, and tweet collections.
The Saved feature is your organization hub. Save Twitter handles, create tags for categorization, and build collections to streamline your engagement workflow.
Overview
Saved provides three main tabs:
- Handles - Accounts you've saved for engagement
- Tags - Categories to organize your handles
- Tweets - Specific tweets you've bookmarked
Handles Tab
Your saved handles are accounts you want to engage with regularly. Their tweets appear in your Engage stream.
Saving a Handle
Save handles from anywhere in ReplyBoss:
- Click the Save button on any profile
- Optionally add tags
- The handle is added to your saved list
- Their tweets will appear in your Engage stream
Managing Saved Handles
View and manage your saved handles:
- View profile - Click to see full profile details
- Edit tags - Add or remove tags
- Remove - Delete from your saved list

Tags Tab
Tags help you organize handles into categories for easier management and targeted engagement.
Creating Tags
- Go to the Tags tab
- Click Create Tag
- Enter a tag name (e.g., "Founders", "Tech", "Marketing")
- Choose a color (optional)
- Click Save
Tag Examples
Organize your handles by:
- Industry: Tech, Finance, Health, Marketing
- Relationship: Close contacts, Prospects, Influencers
- Priority: High priority, Daily engage, Weekly check
- Topic: AI, Startups, Crypto, SaaS
Applying Tags to Handles
Add tags when saving or edit existing handles:
- Find the handle in your saved list
- Click Edit Tags
- Select one or more tags
- Click Save
Filtering by Tags
Use tags to filter your engagement:
- In the Saved Handles tab, click the tag filter
- Select tags to show only matching handles
- In Engage Stream, filter tweets by handle tags
Tweets Tab
Save specific tweets you want to reference or engage with later.
Saving Tweets
Save tweets from the Engage feature:
- Find a tweet you want to save
- Click the Bookmark icon
- The tweet is added to your Saved Tweets
Why Save Tweets?
- Reference later - Come back to important conversations
- Track engagement - Monitor how conversations develop
- Content inspiration - Save tweets for your own content ideas
- Follow up - Remember to reply when you have time
Managing Saved Tweets
- View on X - Open the original tweet
- Generate reply - Create an AI reply anytime
- Remove - Delete from your saved list
Organization Best Practices
Keep Tags Simple
- Use 5-10 main tags maximum
- Avoid overly specific tags
- Make tags actionable (e.g., "Daily Engage" not just "Friends")
Regular Cleanup
- Review saved handles monthly
- Remove inactive or irrelevant accounts
- Update tags as your strategy evolves
Prioritize Engagement
- Tag your highest-value accounts as "Priority"
- Engage with priority accounts first
- Track which tags drive the best results
Importing and Exporting
Export Your Data
Download your saved data:
- Go to Settings
- Click Export Data
- Choose what to export (handles, tags, tweets)
- Download as CSV
Bulk Import
Import handles from a spreadsheet:
- Go to Saved Handles
- Click Import
- Upload a CSV with Twitter handles
- Map columns and import

Troubleshooting
Handle Not Appearing in Stream
After saving a handle:
- Allow a few minutes for tweets to populate
- Check the account is public (private accounts won't show)
- Verify your filters aren't excluding their tweets
Tag Changes Not Saving
- Ensure you click Save after editing
- Refresh the page and try again
- Check your internet connection
Can't Delete Handles
- Some handles may have associated data
- Try removing tags first, then delete
- Contact support if issues persist
